Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Ketch is month to month with no contract. To cancel, email ketchleads@gmail.com or text your Ketch contact. Your service keeps running until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds for partial months.
• If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we'll refund that charge in full.
• If the service didn't work for a period because of a problem on our end, contact us and we'll credit or refund that time.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
